The problem

Your league runs on group texts

Every division, every team, every Saturday: the same information, re-typed into a dozen threads, read by whoever happens to look.

Schedule changes lost in threads

A field change goes out at 4:10 PM in a 38-message group text. Half the team reads it after they've left for Garfield Major.

Coaches chasing CPR cards

Opening day is Saturday and the board still doesn't know which coaches are cleared. Someone is texting photos of certificates.

Nobody knows who's umping Saturday

The umpire list lives in one person's notes app. The 1:00 PM game at Madison Major has no plate umpire and nobody has noticed yet.

How a league gets started

Workbook, invite, app

Setting up a league on OneComm is an afternoon, not a season. Most of the work is copy-paste from the spreadsheet you already keep.

  1. 01

    Fill in the workbook

One spreadsheet: board, divisions, teams, coaches, fields and schedule. Most leagues already have this — it's a copy-paste, not a rebuild.

  2. 02

    Import and invite

OneComm builds the league from the workbook — every division and team board, every roster slot. Send invite links or a QR code to coaches and families.

  3. 03

Run the season in the app

Schedule, fields, cancellations, sign-ups, training and messaging all live in one place, with push notifications to the people they affect.

Onboarding

The whole league, built from one workbook

Most tools make a league re-key every team by hand. OneComm reads your existing spreadsheet: board members, divisions, teams, coaches, fields and the season schedule come in together, and the import report tells you exactly what it matched and what it skipped.

  • Board, divisions, teams, coaches, fields and schedule in a single import
  • Every roster slot created, so adding a person is one click
  • An import report that says what matched and what was skipped
Boards

A board for every division and team, on day one

Boards are created for you from the league structure: every division and team gets its own, plus role-based boards (all coaches, the board) and ad-hoc groups. Announcements pin to the top; the inbox collects everything addressed to you.

  • Division, team, role and group boards, plus direct messages
  • Announcements pin to the top of the board
  • An inbox of what needs a reply from you
Schedule

Cancel a game once. Everyone finds out.

Field schedules are a first-class view, so a director can see every field for the day, not just one team's games. Reschedules and cancellations notify the right people on the channel they chose.

  • The league schedule lives with the fields it's played on
  • A per-field view of the whole day
  • Cancellations go out by push, SMS or email to both teams
Sign-ups

Snacks, field prep, umpires: filled, not chased

Directors publish the lists; parents and umpires claim slots from the app. Coverage gaps are visible at a glance instead of buried in a group chat.

  • Sign-up lists for snack duty, field prep, scorekeeping and umpire slots
  • Parents and umpires claim slots from the app
  • A dashboard of who's filled what and where the gaps are
What else is in OneComm

The rest of the operations layer

One profile across every league

A coach, parent or player has a single OneComm profile. Join a second league or a travel team and it's the same account, same app.

Training center and documents

Videos and documents organized per division, so a first-year coach sees the drills and rules that apply to their age group.

CPR and background-check onboarding

Coach onboarding steps — CPR certification and background checks — tracked per person, so the league knows who's cleared before the season starts.

iOS and Android app with push

The OneComm app for iPhone and Android, with push notifications, plus a full web app for directors and admins.

Every feature in detail
Who it's for

Every role in the league, one app

OneComm Athletics builds for the people who actually run a season — and for the families who just want to know where to be on Saturday.

League directors and boards

Set the whole season up once — divisions, teams, fields, schedule — and run it from one place. Little League, Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, rec soccer, basketball: any league with divisions and a board.

Coaches

Your roster, your schedule, your team board and your division's training videos, in one app. Message parents without handing out your number.

Parents and players

One app for every team your family is on. Game times, field changes, cancellations and sign-ups arrive as notifications, not as a scroll through a group chat.

FAQ

Questions leagues ask

What is OneComm?
OneComm is the OS for youth sports: a single app where a league runs its schedule, fields, rosters, messaging boards, volunteer and umpire sign-ups, training videos, documents and coach onboarding. Every coach, parent and player gets one OneComm profile that works across every league they belong to.
Is it OneComm or One Comm?
It's one word: OneComm. You'll also see it written as One Comm, OneComm Athletics or One Comm Athletics — they all mean the same product and the same company, OneComm Athletics.
Who is OneComm for?
Youth sports leagues and clubs — Little League and other baseball and softball leagues, rec soccer, basketball, and select or travel programs — and the directors, board members, coaches, parents and players in them.
Is OneComm an alternative to GameChanger or TeamSnap?
Yes, for league communication and operations. GameChanger is built around scoring and streaming individual games; TeamSnap is sold per team. OneComm is set up per league, from one onboarding workbook, and covers messaging, schedule, fields, sign-ups, training and onboarding for the whole organization. See the comparison pages for a feature-by-feature look.
How does a league get started on OneComm?
Fill in the OneComm onboarding workbook with your board, divisions, teams, fields and schedule. Import it, and OneComm builds the organization, boards and rosters. Then invite coaches and families by link or QR code — they install the app and land on their teams.
Is there an app?
Yes. OneComm is on the iOS App Store and Google Play, with push notifications for messages, schedule changes and cancellations. Directors and admins also get a full web app.
How much does OneComm cost?
Pricing is set per league based on size and what you need. Email support@onecomm.co and we'll walk you through it.
