Coaches in a dozen group texts
Field changes, pitch counts and rule questions scatter across threads only half the coaches read.
Chasing CPR cards in March
Opening day is close and the board still doesn't know which managers are cleared.
Nobody's working the snack shack
Umpire and volunteer slots live on a sign-up link nobody can find on game day.
One lane for every coach, manager and director
Division boards, a coaches-only channel and direct messages — without sharing personal cell numbers.
- A board for every division and team, built from your workbook
- Message one coach, a division or the whole league
- Video calls and scheduled meetings from the conversation

Know who's cleared before opening day
Background checks, CPR, first aid, concussion and SCA training in one onboarding path the board can see.
- Required steps can block app access until they're done
- One dashboard: complete, needs attention, renewals
- Reminders go out for you — no email chains

Sign-ups live on the game, not a link
Umpires, concessions, field prep and scorekeepers are slots on each event, filled from the app.
- Team sign-up lists for snacks, carpools and photos
- See open slots before Saturday, not at 12:55
- Pitch tracking with your league's rest rules

Every question reaches the right person
A Help screen built around how your board actually works: uniforms, umpires, safety, concessions, conduct.
- Each question routes to the role that owns it
- A people directory by role — board, directors, coaches
- One profile for families across every league they're in

Questions from little league
- Do parents who only work one concession shift count as volunteers?
- No. Pricing counts people who need clearance (coaches, managers, board, umpires). Shift helpers who just claim a sign-up slot are free.
- Can we keep our background-check provider?
- Yes. OneComm tracks status from your approved provider, or can run screenings for you, priced separately.
- How long does setup take?
- An afternoon. Fill in the onboarding workbook — divisions, teams, staff, fields, schedule — and we import it with you.
