What OneComm does

The OS for youth sports, feature by feature. Everything here ships today in the OneComm web and mobile apps.

01

League onboarding from one workbook

Fill in the OneComm onboarding workbook — board, divisions, teams, fields, schedule — and the whole league is built in one import.

Most tools make a league re-key every team by hand. OneComm reads your existing spreadsheet: board members, divisions, teams, coaches, fields and the season schedule come in together, and the import report tells you exactly what it matched and what it skipped.

02

One profile across every league

A coach, parent or player has a single OneComm profile. Join a second league or a travel team and it's the same account, same app.

Roles are per organization — director, admin, coach, board, parent, player — so one person can be a coach in Little League and a parent in a select club without two logins.

03

Boards for every division and team

Division boards, team boards, role boards, groups and direct messages — with announcements and an inbox that shows what needs a reply.

Boards are created for you from the league structure: every division and team gets its own, plus role-based boards (all coaches, the board) and ad-hoc groups. Announcements pin to the top; the inbox collects everything addressed to you.

04

Schedule, fields and cancellations

The league schedule lives with the fields it's played on. Cancel a game and everyone on both teams gets a push, SMS or email.

Field schedules are a first-class view, so a director can see every field for the day, not just one team's games. Reschedules and cancellations notify the right people on the channel they chose.

05

Volunteer and umpire sign-ups

Sign-up lists for snack duty, field prep, scorekeeping and umpire slots, with a dashboard of who's filled what.

Directors publish the lists; parents and umpires claim slots from the app. Coverage gaps are visible at a glance instead of buried in a group chat.

06

Training center and documents

Videos and documents organized per division, so a first-year coach sees the drills and rules that apply to their age group.

Upload once, publish to the divisions it applies to. Coaches and parents find it under the team, not in an email from March.

07

CPR and background-check onboarding

Coach onboarding steps — CPR certification and background checks — tracked per person, so the league knows who's cleared before the season starts.

Steps can be required before a volunteer gets full access. Directors see status across the league; the volunteer sees exactly what's left to do.

08

iOS and Android app with push

The OneComm app for iPhone and Android, with push notifications, plus a full web app for directors and admins.

Parents and coaches live in the mobile app. League staff get a desktop web app for imports, schedules and roster management.

What OneComm doesn't do

No live scoring or streaming, no online registration or payment processing, and no ads. Leagues keep their scorekeeping and registration tools and run everything else in OneComm.
