How we count volunteers
Cleared people count. Shift helpers are free.

- A shift helper who claims slots in the app but needs no clearance is free and unlimited.

- Counts are confirmed at enrollment and renewal. People added mid-season are trued up at renewal, not billed monthly.

Pricing questions
- Is there a month-to-month plan?
- No. Software is a 12-month agreement billed annually in advance. Monthly figures are shown to compare tiers.
- Who counts as a volunteer for a league's tier?
- People who need clearance — coaches, managers, board, umpires and anyone else your league requires to be screened or trained. Shift helpers who just claim concession or field-prep slots are free.
- We only need a few parents for one concession shift each. Do they cost anything?
- No. They can use the app and claim sign-up slots for free. If your league requires them to be screened, they count as cleared volunteers at the same $3 per year.
- Can we keep our background-check provider?
- Yes. Status tracking is included either way; OneComm can also run screenings, quoted separately.
- How do high school programs buy?
- Programs are quoted by size — number of sports, teams and coaches. Talk to us and we'll put it in writing.
