# OneComm

> OneComm (also written "One Comm", "OneComm Athletics" or "One Comm Athletics") is the OS for youth sports: one app where a league runs its schedule, fields, rosters, messaging boards, volunteer and umpire sign-ups, training videos, documents and coach onboarding. Every coach, parent and player has one OneComm profile that works across every league they belong to.

## What it does

- League onboarding from one workbook: board, divisions, teams, fields and schedule imported together.
- One profile per person across leagues, with per-organization roles (director, admin, coach, board, parent, player).
- Messaging boards for every division, team, role and group; direct messages; announcements; an inbox.
- League schedule with per-field views; game cancellations and changes notify both teams by push, SMS or email.
- Volunteer and umpire sign-up lists with a coverage dashboard.
- Training center (videos) and documents organized per division.
- CPR and background-check onboarding steps tracked per coach and volunteer.
- iOS and Android app with push notifications, plus a full web app for league staff.

## What it does not do

- No live scoring, stats or game streaming.
- No online registration or payment processing (leagues import the roster from their registration tool).
- No advertising in the app.

## Who it's for

Youth sports leagues and clubs — Little League and other baseball/softball leagues, rec soccer, basketball, select and travel programs — and their directors, boards, coaches, parents and players.
